How many ways can 4 books be distributed among 9 people?

There are 4 books and 9 people. There is no limit on the number of books a single person can have. How many ways can the books be distributed if A) they are just 4 identical copies of the same book B) they are 4 different, unique books?

    Books than there are people can only assume that the books dont have to remain whole.
    The books than there are people can only assume that the books dont have to.
